Each clients gets a different but fair price. We quote businesses according to what they are trying to accomplish and how many devices your business has. We do not want to over-sell our clients on services they do not need. We do require new clients to agree to a 3-month service contract. After 3-months, you pay on a monthly or annually basis.
Usually. If you have access to all of the hardware, we can takeover your current system. If it is locked by your previous service provider, with no means of access, we may have to propose new hardware.
No. This is a practice that some service providers mandate you purchase new equipment. We do not require you to purchase new hardware to subscribe to our managed IT services. If you want the best, and most optimal experience, we recommend purchasing our recommended hardware.
Currently, we cannot offer 24/7 support. If you are subscribed to our managed IT services, we guarantee rapid communication and support:
Monday-Friday: 8am-8pm
Saturday and Sunday: 10am-8pm
We try to minimize as much downtime for our clients as possible. During operating hours, if you need rapid on-site service, we guarantee service within 3-hours of initial contact.
